- 8:30 am – Depart for Deep Cove
- 9:30 am – Sea Kayaking adventure
- Free time – Purchase lunch
- 3:30 pm – Depart North Shore
- 5:00 pm – Return to Maple Ridge

- Old running shoes or water shoes
