Sample Itinerary:

- 8:15 am – Arrive at Thomas Haney Secondary and check in
- 8:30 am – Depart for Deep Cove
- 9:30 am – Sea Kayaking adventure
- Free time – Purchase lunch
- 3:30 pm – Depart North Shore
- 5:00 pm – Return to Maple Ridge
What to Bring:
- Quick-dry athletic wear
- Old running shoes or water shoes
- Jacket (fits under a lifejacket)
- Hat and sunscreen (for sunny days)
- Towel and change of clothes
